| What did you do at school today? Well whatever it was, bet you didn't take your Dad with you! The children at Potters Green School did, if fact 147 of them did. On Wednesday 16th June 2010, to celebrate Father's day, it was 'Bring your Dad to School' day and Dads turned up with their children to join in many of their lessons and exciting activities. Dads from Nursery to Year 6 enjoyed Numeracy and Literacy lessons as well as activities including learning circus skills, buggy making, kite making, bike maintenance, designing and making dinosaurs and much much more. The day ended with a family bike ride. This is the second year Potters Green has organised this event and it was even better than last year. | ![]() |

As part of their topic work Year 5 children visited St. Johns Museum in Warwick to study Victorian life. They took part in a Victorian classroom, learnt how Victorians did their laundry and played with Victorian toys and games. |
