The school makes very good use of the computers it has in every classroom and children have regular opportunities to use them. All the computers are linked to a comprehensive network system, and each class has an Interactive Whiteboard, which enables the children and teachers to enhance their resources for study. research and presentation. Every class has its own e-mail address and the children can access the world through the internet. There are currently four - 6 piece mini suites, one in each Year 6 classroom, one shared between two Year 3 classes and one shared between two Year 4 classes. These suites enable us to integrate ICT into all curriculum subjects. We have teachers with particular expertise in the use of computers in school and they will be developing further programmes of work during the year, for all children. Most of the Teaching Assistant have a qualification in 'Using ICT to Support Learning'.
